The product has been impregnated with adhesive film paper and can pass the boiling test. It can be used as plywood for concrete molding molds. The raw material is selected from the artificially planted eucalyptus in Guangxi, China. After precision processing, it is rotary cut into high-quality veneer and dried. The system evenly controls the moisture content of the veneer. The veneer is laid and glued multiple times, and the finished product is pressed through multiple processes. The product is Finnish DYNEA phenolic glue and Finnish DYNEA Phenolic coated paper. Straight, flat surface, strong structural stability, high bonding strength, small deformation, excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance. The product strength range can reach F4-F22. The product format size is 1220*2440 mm (2745, 2800, 3050) mm, and the thickness is 9-25mm. The Products are unprocessed plain wood-base panel.The amount of formaldehyde released by the product is determined through negotiation between the two parties.
