The product is professionally used for the base fiberboard for flooring, the surface of the board can be decorated, and the side of the board can be grooved.The moisture-proof Fiberboard for flooring mainly chooses pine and miscellaneous wood with long fibers as raw materials; defibrating technology process stably controls the fine shape of wood fibers,According to the different needs of customers for environmental performance, urea-form aldehyde glue and MDI no aldehyde glue can be used.The hot pressing and paving technology proocess finely controls the stability of the horizontal and vertical density of the board,and under the support ofteam injection system or microwave heating system, the product performance is more stable after hot pressing.The product density is higher than 820g/cm3,The surface bonding strength, internal bonding strength and static bending strength are high, the dimensional stability is good, and the moisture resistance is good. The 24-hour water swelling rate is less than or equal to 10%, and the 24-hour water swelling rate of medium-thick fiberboard is even less than or equal to 8%.The surface of the board is sanded, and two processing technology for hot pressing double-sided pressing paste, can meet the hot pressing, cold pressing, slotting and milling.etc. After processing, the surface is delicate.The format size of the product is 1220mm×2440mm, and the thickness is mainly 5.5, 6.8, 9.8, 11.5, 11.8mm.The Products are unprocessed plain wood-base panel ,which can be customized. The formaldehyde emission of the product can meet the E1/CARB P2/E0/ENF/F4 star standard.
